TERMS OF USE
Invoice, payment, and or confirmed reservation is considered Prima Facie  proof of agreement:
Invoice issued to passenger, customer, company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s,  group or group of delegates  by Garden Shuttle on behalf of customer, agent, person acting on behalf of passenger or invoice issued for payment or payment received for transfer / carriage of passenger/s is prima facie proof of the agreement of transport or carriage of passenger/s between GARDEN SHUTTLE and the passenger, customer, company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates.
GARDEN SHUTTLE Terms and Conditions are referred to on all electronic communications at the bottom of  every electronic  communication [email].  The onus is on the end user / passenger, customer, company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates to  establish the Terms of Conditions and Terms of  Use  of GARDEN SHUTTLE; this can be accessed at the  bottom of each website page of Garden Shuttle website at:   http://www.gardenshuttle.co.za 
GARDEN SHUTTLE has Terms of Use and Conditions available in PDF format and the end user / passenger, customer,  company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates can   request a copy via e-mail.
All Bookings are subject to availability.

All booking / reservations will be confirmed within one business day subject to Terms of Payment. In the event of invoice issued and payment not received and booking not confirmed the booking/reservation is still considered Prima Facie proof  of the agreement.  Terms and Conditions and Terms of use are subject to change without prior notice. It is the obligation and the onus is on the    end user / passenger, customer, company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s,  group or group of delegates to check and ensure they are aware of changes from time to time. Terms of Payment:
Bookings/reservations to be confirmed with payment effected to GARDEN SHUTTLE via Electronic Fund Transfer [EFT],   cash deposit [Cash deposit will bear cash handling fees as per ABSA fees structure] at your nearest ABSA Branch within 48hrs from date of receipt of invoice issued to the end user / passenger, customer, company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates. [Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays].  Garden Shuttle does not accept Cheques and Credit Cards. 
An invoice issued by GARDEN SHUTTLE constitutes an order given by the end user / passenger, customer, company, company representative,  agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates to GARDEN   SHUTTLE. In the event of payment not received within 48hrs the booking will be cancelled automatically. [excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays].  The end user / passenger, customer, company, company representative, agent or person acting on behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates will be held responsible for payment of invoice issued /  reservation as seat/s cannot be guaranteed to be re-sold at any given point in time within 48hrs.
No bookings / reservations will be confirmed until payment is received, however Garden Shuttle do reserve the seat/s reserved and hold the end user / passenger, customer, company, company representative, agent or person acting on  behalf of passenger/s, group or group of delegates liable for payment in the event of payment not effected timeously.
Late or last minute bookings by phone, email and or online reservation/s passengers to pay cash at point of pick up before  transfer.
